Pilates is a way of living life, so practicing Pilates is like building an essential habit on the body; for example, brushing teeth (for avoiding decay), eating food on time (for giving enough nutrition), and sleeping well (for resetting entire system). Integrating the mind and body empowers in a way of bringing a positive change in you.
Therefore, practicing Pilates in/ outside of a studio is very important to lead a transformative personal journey.

You learn the rules in Pilates during private lessons, and you apply in daily life to reach individual goals successfully. The key is to practice regularly! (Joseph Pilates said at least 4 times a week) Once you build a cornerstone for your body in Pilates, exploring the world shouldn’t be too hard.
