HOW TO GET STARTED
Private lessons are the best way to start Pilates if you are new in Pilates. During the lesson, you will have my undivided attentention making sure you are doing an exercise in the correct form to the finest detail. The workout program is tailored specifically for you based on your age, fitness goals, and the presence of any prior injuries.
- Private and Semi-private lessons are 50 mins long and by appointment only.
- You must wear socks to all lessons.
- Do not wear jewelry, pants or shorts with zippers (the zippers damage the apparatus), or scented lotions and perfume.
- If you want to join Group Class or Semi-privates, take at least 5 lessons to get familar with exercises and flow.
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT
From new clients to advanced practitioners, you can benefit from a customized system of exercises to meet your personal needs. You can email me to set up an appointment at mikipilates@gmail.com.

YOUR FIRST VISIT
- Please arrive 5 minutes early to fill out a registration form.
- For your own comfort, do not eat heavily 2 hours before your workout.
- Wear something comfortable on your body.
- Please wear socks during work-out, preferably non-slip socks.
