My goal is to help you achieve the balance of body, mind, and spirit through Pilates. Pilates aims to improve not only the physical strength but also mental vigor. One of my favorite components is control, and this principle will guide you to develop the natural rhythm and grace bringing complete harmony of your body and mind.
Movement habits affect to our overall health. If you are in pain, discomfort, or unpleasant feeling, most likely something in your body mechanism isn’t right. As a Pilates teacher, I see this kind of problems can be solved by rearranging the muscles, body structures, and mind through movement.
