Pilates Group Class (A description was copied from ymca brochure) 

Basic Mat - Monday at 1 pm

A blend of strength and flexibility training to improve posture, reduce stress and create long, lean muscles. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity. Incorporating the fundamentals of Pilates, this class follows the classical Beginner/Intermediate mat order, and is appropriate for all students.

Level 1/ Level 2 Reformer - Monday at 12 pm

Participants will find a solid offering of many exercises that explore all the possible positions and standard exercises taught on the reformer. This class provides a solid foundation, all-around muscle conditioning, and expansion in client's coordination & precision.

Mixed Level Reformer - Friday at 12 pm

This class is open to beginners but also challenges those with more experience. Designed to train the body for efficient movement and you will get results with this challenging workout.
