Exercise Guideline 2023
I made this just for someone like me. Physically tired of juggling with kids/work/personal life. I know I have time here and there; However, whenever I go to the studio or sit in a cafe or be at home by myself, I pause. I pause because I forget what I was gonna do. Brainfogged so badly. So I made this chart (?) to remind myself what I need to do for a week.
This is the minimum workout guideline. Minimum. If you have time, do more!
Walking is like meditation. Walking fast increases your heartbeat and blood circulation. You know cardiovascular exercise lowers the rate of high blood pressure, diabetes, and cancer. Cancer, later I want to talk about, is very close to us. We can’t be sure that we are not getting one before we die. Care for your body before it happens as much as possible.
Core muscles training! I want you to master at least the intermediate mat/reformer before you do any other exercises. You will learn about your body so much (oh my feet are stiff/ oh my back is so straight/ oh my hips are uneven etc). You feel much more confident moving. It will prevent unnecessary injuries. You will get sleek muscles all over your body hahaha.
